Dear Secretary:
l On July 24, 1990 the State of Vermont filed 13 Notices of Deposition in the above-referenced proceeding.
By this letter the State is informing all parties, and all individuals who received the notices of deposition, that all of the depositions are suspended indefinitely until further notico.
This indefinite suspension of the depositions is necessary because Vermont Yankee, with the agreement of the State of-Vermont, will not be filing its responses to the State's third set of interrogatories until after the originally scheduled dates of the depositions.
(Those responses were originally due prior to the scheduled dates for the depositions).
The State is unable to prepare adequately for the depositions until it receives those interrogatory responses from Vermont Yankee.
Counsel for Vermont Yankee has consented to this indefinite suspension of the depositions.
