In the above reference Union Electric Company submitted an application for amendment to Facility i
Operating License No. NPF-30 for the Callaway Plant.
That application included changes to Technical Specification Tables 2.2-1 and 4.3-1 as well as Bases 3/4.2.2 and 3/4.2.3 for the purpose of revising the AFD penalty function defined in Note 1 of Table 2.2-1 for the Overtemperature Delta-T reactor trip function.
Attached is a graphical representation of the penalty function which was informally provided to NRC Staff on September 23, 1993.
Based on a recent Staff request, i
this "before and after" plot is formally submitted.
