The 400-page MMTEM//R8NAKN7M /MMCT STR/TAENT (DEIS) produced by the NUCLERR RESULRTORY COMMIS$10N (NCR) on the proposed LOUISIRNA ENERGY SERUICES (LES) PLRNT was released for public replew on Nou.19,1993.
The communities of Forest Groue and Center Springs, located within on-half mile of the plant site, two communities which stand to be most affected by LES, were never Indicated in eng of the DEIS's 38 maps or diagrams.
I am concerned that the DEls on the LES uranium enrichment plant falls to consider the plant's social and econoraic impact on the communities of Forest Groue and Center Springs. The DEIS is incomplete and the final Environmental impact Statement on LES must consider all the ramifications of an uranium health of the people and the earth. enrichment plants impac I care _
