SUBJECT:
GENERAL ATOMICS ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE This letter is in response to your letter of August 3,1993, which notified the NRC of your organizational change affecting the Quality Assurance Division reporting relationship. Since the changes described in your letter do not impact commitments made in General Atomics (GA) Licensing Topical Report GA-A13010A, Revision 11, and all quality functions and their associated organizational independence have been retained, we find the changes do not reduce the commitments of the GA Quality Assurance Program.
Therefore the program remains acceptable.
These changes should be included in your next revision to GA Licensing Topical Report GA-A13010A.
Please issue the organizational changes noted in your letter of August 3,1993, together with this acceptance letter, to all holders of the GA Licensing Topical Report.
