Zion Station,-Units 1 and 2 License Nos. OPR-39; DPR-48
'During an NRC inspection _ conducted on August 18.through October 5, 1992, a violation of-NRC requirements was identified.
In accordance with the " General
-Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," the violation is listed below:
-10 'CFR 50.9, Completeness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information required'by statute or by Commission regulations, orders, or license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all
' material respects.
Contrary ' to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material respects. Specifically, during the period of August 18
.through October 5, 1992, three records were identified as being incomplete or inaccurate.
These errors were material in that they evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
