Trojan" (FIN L-1528) l This letter confirms verbal authorization provided on July 20, 1990 to Bruce Diest by Brenda DuBose, of my staff, to commence work under the subject task order effective July 20, 1990 with a temporary ceiling of
$18,000.00.
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 4.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's I
proposal dated July 9, 1990 and revised on July 20, 1990, incorporated herein by reference.
Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from July 20, 1990 through September 18, 1990, with a cost ceiling of $87,246.78.
The amount of $85,921.39 represents the total estimated costs and the amount of $1,325.39 represents the fixed fee.
