U.S. Nuclear Redulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, D.C. 20555 Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 1992 Annual Radiological Environmental Monitoring Report in sccordance with the Monticello Technical Specifications, Appendix A to Operating License DPR-22, we are submitting a revision to the Annuai Radiological Environmental Monitoring Report, covering the period January 1 through December 31 of 1992. Table 5-3 has been revised to include statements regarding plans for preventing recurrence of lost samples (TS 4.16.A.2), which were inadvertently ommitted from the report. The revision corrects page 17, Please replace page 17 with the attached.
