Submittal Supporting Accelerated ABWR Schedule Section 5.0 of the Technical Specifications
Dear Chet:
Enclosed are electronic markups of Section 5.0 of the Technical Specifications incorporating agreements reached between the NRC staff and GE on Paragraph 5.7.2.4, Primary Coolant Sources outside Containment, and Paragraph 5.7.2.13, Explosive Oas and Storage Tank Radioactivity Monitoring Program. For Paragraph 5.7.2.13, the changes reflect the fact that the ABWR does not have liquid radwaste storage tanks of the type stated in Item (c). Please return comments,if any, as soon as possible.
