in accordance with the Prairie Island Technical Specifications, Appendix A to Operating License DPR-42 and DPR-60, we are submitting a revision to the Annual Radiological Environmental Monitoring Report, covering the period January 1 through December 31 of 1992. Table 5-3 has been revised to include a statement regarding preventing recurrence of a lost sample (TS 4.10.A.2), which was inadvertently ommitted from the report. The revision corrects page 15. Please replace page 15 with the attached.
