SUBJECT:
PROPOSED PERFORMANCE-BASED FIRE PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS PURPOSE:
This meeting is to mainly discuss industry efforts and proposed performance-based fire protection requirements.
Past and planned NRC studies in this area will also be discussed. The plan of action, including schedule, and coordination of staff and industry efforts for the rulemaking effort will also be discussed at the meeting.
The meeting will be held over three days to allow industry to provide a complete presentation of its proposal.
