o This refers to the inspection conducted by N. Economos of this office on.

l October 18-22 and November 1-5, 1993. The inspection included a: review of..

activities authorized for your Farley facility. At the conclusion of the

inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff

identified in the report.

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within

-these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations.of procedures

and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of =

. activities in progress.

The enclosed Inspection Report identifies activities that violated NRCr

requirements that will not be subject to enforcement action because the

licensee's efforts in identifying and/or correcting the violation meet the

l criteria specified in Section VII.B. of the Enforcement Policy.
