I am employed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as Chief, Reactor Projects Section, Division of Reactor Projects, in its King of Prussia,.

On October 7,1993, Georgia Power Company (GPC) served intenogatodes upon the NRC which called for information I possessed between April and May,1990. I have -

been informed in general terms by Staff counsel that the interrogatorios result from an administrative proceeding in which the imervenor has alleged that. OPC knowingly i submitted incorrect information to the NRC regarding- dicael starts following"the-March 20,1990, site incident (LER-90 06 and at a meeting in NRC's Atlanta, Ocorgia office on April 9,1990). Having been so informed.as to the background of the interrogatories, I respond here to the intenogatory which refers to me.
