By a motion served October 19, 1993, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requests that a prehearing conference be scheduled for consideration of its request for an order requiring a particularized exhibit list, an order striking certain individuals from the Defendant's witness list and an order requiring that the Defendant show the relevance of the testimony of certain other witnesses proposed by the Defendant.
Hearing in the subject proceeding is scheduled to begin on November 16, 1993.
Because of the limited time available to consider the motion Defendant shall file a response, to be served on me, no later than the close of business on i
