This attachment includes a description of and justification for the changes included in Revision 5 and the revised pages to be entered into the Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Consumers Power Company has determined that the changes contained in Revision 5 do not degrade tha overall effectiveness of the Palisades Safeguards Contingency Plan. Therefore, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
Portions of the information contained in the attachment have been classified as Safeguards Information, therefore, Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21(c).
