- 3. Exit Meeting An exit meeting was held with representatives of the' licensee on June 25, 1990. One generic concern was raised.
The examiner noted that new senior reactor operators were not formally trained on the Emergency Plan for all the senior _ reactor operator duties which they could assume. Specifically, new senior reactor operators were not trained to classify emergency events.-
