I tia responding to your letter of June 1,1990, in which you expresstd opposition to the proposed closure of the ruclear Regulatory Connission's Uranium Recovery Field Office (L'RFO) in Denver.
The Connission considered

such a prcptsal in late June 1990, but~ decided not to initiate such action i
at this time. Although our Denver office will remain cpen, we ray need to reconsider this decision at sorne future time as budget and wor kload consider-dtions warrant.
