I ara respending to your letter of June 18, 1990, in whicn you expressed opposition to the proposed closure of the Nuclear Regulatory Connissior.'s Uranium Recovery Field Office (URF0) in Denver.
The Consnission considered such a proposal.in late June 1990, but decided not to initiate such action at this time. Although our: Denver office will remain open, we tiay need to reconsider this. decision at some future time as budget and workload consider-
