I have received your letter of November 23, 1993, regarding an interview between representatives of the Office of Inspector General and your client, Vera M.
English.
I want to assure you that the Commission values the role that concerned individuals such as Ms. English play in raising potential safety issues to licensees and the Commission.
However, given the independent role of the Inspector General, it would be inappropriate for me to intervene in, or comment on, the conduct of an ongoing IG activity.
