NRC-03-90-031 Entitled "GPU's Response To IPSAR For Oyster Creek" (FIN 0-1528) l This task order modification provides for an extension to the period of performance and increases the cost ceiling o allow for the review of additional licensee responses, t
t Therebre, in accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. I to Task Order No. 6.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's proposal dated July 18, 1990, incorporated herein by reference.
The cost ceiling of this task order is increased by $3,567.96 from
$12,605.74 to $16,173.70.
Of the total cost ceiling amount, the amount representing total reimbursable costs is increased by $3,366.00 from
$11,958.15 to $15,324.15 and the amount representing the fixed fee is increased by $201.96 from $647.59 to $849.55.
As a result of the above the period of Performance for lask Order No. 6 is
-hereby extended from July 18, 1990 to August.31, 1990.

Extend the " Period of Performance" from July 18, 1990 to August 31, 1990. The original task order period of performance did not allow for the period time necessary to review additional licensee responses and complete the final report concerning the licensee's program.
