This letter confirms verbal authorization provided on July 3,1990 tc, Bruce Diest by'Brenda DuBose, of my staff, to commence work under the subject task order ef fective July 4,1990 with a temporary ceiling of $3,000.00.

In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject coctract, this

letter definitizes Task Order No. 6, This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's-proposal dated July 3,1990, incorporated herein by reference.

Task Order No. 6 shall'be in ef fect from July 4,1990 through July 18, 1990, with a cost ceiling of $12,605.74.

1he amount of $11,958.15 represents the total estimated costs and the amount of $647.59 represents the fixed fee.
