1 On December 8,1993, the Central Alarm Station (CAS) was declared operation. As discussed in -)

letter dated July 28,1993, upon completion and activation of the CAS, the ISFSI Security Plan would i be revised to reDect the final configuration of the upgraded Security System. Revision 3 deletes  !

reference to the Remote Alarm Station and returns all alarm monitoring and assessment activities to j i the CAS and Secondary Alarm Station, redundantly.

l This change does not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan and is being submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 72.186, Change to Physical Security and Safeguards Contingency Plans.
