MULTIPLE CONCERNS REGARDING ZION STATION l
The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission recently received several concerns j
involving activities at your Zion Nuclear Generating Station.
Details of the concerns are enclosed.
l After a review of the concerns, we concluded that there is no regulatory basis for further action on our part. We are providing the details for you for information only. No response is required. Should you review this issue and identify any regulatory issues, please notify us in writing.
We request that your response, if necessary, contain no personal privacy, proprietary, or safeguards information so it can be released to the public and placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
If necessary, such information shall be contained in a separate attachment which will be withheld from public disclosure.
The enclosure to this letter should be controlled and' distributed limited to personnel with a "need to know" until your review of the concerns has been completed. The enclosure to this letter is considered Exempt for Public Disclosure in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2.790(a). Moreover, a copy of this letter, excluding tne enclosure, will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
