LICENSEE'S MOTION TO CORRECT TRANSCRIPT OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE Licensee Sacramento Municipal Utility District _(the " Dis-trict") hereby moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for an order directing the correction of the transcript of the recent prehearing conference held by the Licensing Board in this pro-ceeding.

The prehearing conference, which took place in Bethesda, Maryland on Tuesday, September 21, 1993 (Tr. 181-386) and Wednesday, September 22, 1993 (Tr. 387-579), was held for the purpose of considering certain contentions filed by the Environ-mental and Resources Conservation Organization ("ECO").

Counsel for the District has reviewed the transcript of the prehearing conference and has discovered that it contains a num-ber of transcription errors and other omissions.

These errors and omissions, if allowed to go uncorrected, could potentially alter the substance and meaning of what was said by the parties 9310070080 931001 DR ADOCK 0500 2

In order to make the tran-i script more accurate, and to prevent later confusion due to the errors and omissions in the transcript, the District requests that the following corrections be made in the transcript:
