Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages, Approval i
No. 0315 expired on Juhe 30, 1990.
If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71, or an Agree-ment State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no= longer have a valid QA Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 and registration under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 71.12, to trans-port or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport is terminated.
This includes your registration as a user of Certificate of Compliance Nos. 6717 and 9056.
