Waterford 3 letter W3F1-93-0135 dated April 14, 1993, submitted copies of Revision 17 and Revision 17 Change 1 of the Emergency Plan per the requirements of 10CFR50.54(q). The summaries of the changes to the plan were inadvertently omitted from this submittal. Attachment I contains the-summaries of the changes which should be included with letter W3F1-93-0135.
Also pages 8-7 through 8-13 of the Emergency Plan sent with letter W3F1-93-0135 should be replaced with the pages, 8-7 through 8-13, included in of this letter. This change will correct an administrative oversight in the original submittal package which was discussed with representatives of Waterford 3 and the NRC Staff on April 27, 1993.
