We have completed our review of the Claiborne Enrichment Center (CEC)
Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan, Revision 3, which you submitted under cover letters dated September 8, 1993 (Chapter 9 only), and October 7, 1993. Our review has determined that your FNMC Plan (Rev. 3) satisfies the performance objectives and system capabilities required by 10 CFR 74.33.
We require no additional information at this time.
We concur with your determination that Chapter 9 (Rev. 3) of your FNMC Plan, submitted by your letter of September 8,1993, contains CONFIDENTIAL National Security Information, and that the remaining portions of said plan, submitted by your letter of October 7,1993, contain proprietary information of the type identified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, your FNMC Plan will be properly protected and withheld from public disclosure.
