This request proposes to extend the surveillance test intervals and - allowed out-of-service times for l
the isolation actuation instrumentation.
The'amendmentais based upon the General Electric Company (GE) Licensing Topical Report (LTR) NEDC-30851P-A, Supplement 2 (March 1989) and GE'LTR NEDC-31677P-A (July 1990).
