1993, by Mr. Thomas Dragoun of this office, of NRC authorized decommissioning activities.

i Discussions of our findings were held by Mr.' Dragoun with' you at the conclusion of this  ;

l inspection on November 5,1993. Areas examined during this~ inspection included the status:

of reactor decommissioning, facility staffing, and radiation survey equipment. ' The~

- inspection consisted of selected examination of procedures and representative records, . j

interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.~-

Within the scope of this review, no safety. concerns or violations were identified. : However, .!

since the target dates specified in the Decommissioning Plan have not oeen met,- we  ;
