QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT ON THE NRC REQUALIFICATION i

PROGRAM l

Purpose:

To provide a quarterly status report on the NRC requalification i

program as requesi.ed by the Comission in a memorandum dated l

June 9, 1988, from Chairman Zech to the EDO.

Discussion:

The revised NRC requalification program as described in Examiner Standard ES-601, " Administration of NRC Re,dalification Program Evaluations," was implemented on Octc,ber 1,1988.

This report sumar1 es the status of the NRC-administered k

re;ualification examinations and requalification program c,'41uations from October 1,1988, through June 30, 1990.

The requalification program results for each facility at which NRC conducted a requalification examination are provided in the enclosure. A sumary of the requalification program results is given below.
