MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Dockat No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 The following infor=ation is submitted in response to IE Bulletin 78-07.
No air-line supplied-air respirators that are operated in the de=and mode are used or planned for use at the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant.
To assure the proper protection to personnel, the following actions will be taken:
1.
No protection factor greater than 1000 will be utilized for approved supplied air hoods.
2.
The gauges on the air-line pressure regulators will be calibrated annually.
Present plant procedures require the correct pressure setting at the pressure regulator in order to maintain six cubic feet per minute to all supplied air-hood equipment.
