.1 : c 20 Eulletin No. 74-13, this report is submitted to inform you that cable terminations in all safety related 480 volt combination breaker-motor starters have been checked, in accordance uith approved preventive maintenance procedures, during the 1974 refuelin;; outage. Although the te =inaticas.cre not specificall'c inspected for the presence of cellophane, a general inspection for tightnec s and continuity revealed no abnormalities, nor have there been any failures of the nature described.
Cable terminations of all safety related 480 volt combination breaker-motor starters will be arain inspected, snecifically for the presence of improper te r.inations as described, durin; the fortaccaling reiuetin;; outage presently scneculea for January 1975.
If any improper teminations are detected they vill be corrected at that time and a description of the number and location of the improper terminations will be forwarded to you.
