Your letter of October 19,1973 requested certain infomation and analys s on Anticipated Transients Without Scram (AWS). As we comitted in our May 22, 1974 response, we are submitting the first phase of the analysis at this time.
Attached please find the document entitled, " Evaluation Report - Common Mode Failure Vulnerability of Reactor Protection System Instrumentation for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Station, NEDC-20635."
The ATWS consequence analysis is scheduled for completion and submittal April 1, 1975.
