Dear Mr. Hooten:
Enclosed is a copy of the signed interagency agreement related to your request for reimbursement of travel expenses which you will incur as a member of.the Licensing Support System's Advisory-Review Panel.
I am sorry for the delay, but we never received the original agreement that you sent us in March.
Please contact Marilee Rood of my staff at 492-4003 about three 1
weeks prior to any travel so that a travel authorization can be prepared.
Dimensions Travel Agency at 986-8949 will issue airline tickets as soon as they receive a completed travel authorization.
Upon receipt of your lodging invoice and airline
. ticket stub, my office will prepare a travel voucher for your l
reimbursement.
I look forward'to your participation on the Advisory Review Panel.
The next meeting is scheduled for October 10 and 11, 1990, in Reno, Nevada.

LSSARP Meeting Attendance Reimbursement l

Project Objective:
The U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission
.(NRC) has requested that a representative of the National Archives and Records. Administration serve as a member of the Licensing Support System Advisory Review Panel (LSSARP).
Because travel funds for attendance at LSSARP meetings are unavailable at the National Archives, this agreement is for reimbursement of their representative's transportation and lodging expenses incurred as 1
a result of his participation in these meetings.
It is anticipated that the LSSARP will meet four times per year; twice in the Washington, D.C., area and twice in Nevada.
