N. Graves, and the I inspectors identified in tne enclosed report, of this office on Octooer 3 through November 13. The inspection included a review of activities
authorized for your Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with you and thosa members of your staff identified in the enclosed report. . Areas examined during the inspection, are identified in the report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities in progress. The results of this inspection are documented on , page 2 in the enclosed report. ' Based on the results of this inspection, certain licensed activities appeared to be in violation of NRC requirements. These violations, which involved the ! failure of an individual to follow the requirements specified in a Station Administrative Procedure regarding contaminated area egress and the failure to properly set the load cell low alarm setpoint during a reactor vessel head F lift, are not being cited because the criteria in Paragraph VII.B.1 of i Appendix C to 10 CFR Part 2 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice" were satisfied.
