This letter re-transmits Revision No. 5 to the Vermont Yankee Training and Qualification Plan for Security (VY T&Q Plan). This re-transmittal is due to your disapproval of Revision 6, as stated in reference b. above. h The revision to the VY T&Q Plan is Attachment A to this letter. It is. considered SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION which is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
