APPROVAL RECORD Model No. 850 Certificate of Compliance No. 9147 Revision 4 By application dated October 19, 1990, as supplemented, Amersham Corporation requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9147 for the Model No. 850 package. No changes were requested or made to the package.
The applicant provided revised Operating Procedures, Acceptance Tests and Maintenance Program for the Model No. 850 package.
These were reviewed by the staff and were found to be adequate.
The Certificate of Compliance has been conditioned to require that the package.be operated and prepared for shipment-in accordance with the Operating Procedures, and be acceptance tested and maintained in accordance with the Acceptance Tests and Maintenance Program.
The Certificate of Compliance has been renewed for a five year period which expires November 30, 1995.
