By Order dated July 29, 1982 the Commission grdnted the parties to this proceeding fifteen days to comment on whether expunction of classified material from ALAB-653 and the underly-ing record would prejudice them.
By letter dated August 3, 1982 Governor Brown requested that he be given until August 31, 1982 to comment because his attorneys cleared for security matters will be out of town for most of the balance of this month.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.772 the motion is granted.
