Enclosed are an index and the documents for regulatory history file of a proposed rule. This proposed rule, entitled " Notification of Events at Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations and the Monitored Retrievable Storage Installation," was published on September 14, 1993 (58 FR 48004).
