Cause and period of the noncompliance--Analytical error is believed to be the probable cause since the titrator was inoperable. During this time, a llach kit utilizing the colorimetric method of analysis war used on an emergency basis.

At 3 p.m. on July 7, 1982, the concentration was 0.I mg/L, verifying the end of the noncompliance. Therefore, the duration of the aoncompliance noted on July 7, 1982 did not exceed 123 hours0.00142 days
0.0342 hours
2.03373e-4 weeks
4.68015e-5 months
.
