August 6, 1982 MEMORANDUtt-AND ORDER Pursuant to the Memorandum and Order of May 5,1980, the Board required the parties to file cross-examination plans throughout the restart proceeding. The parties unanimously requested the Board to accept the cross-examination plans ex parte and to keep them confidential until af ter the cross-examination. M.,Tr.1892. The cross-examination plans should now be made available to the parties. They are voluminous, com-prising a stack about three inches thick.
Because the plans genarally do not provide any information to the parties not revealed during the respective cross-examinations and because they do not seem to be useful, l
