This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered
examinations led by Ronald F. Aiello, during the period October 19-21. 1993.
The examinations were administered to employees of your company who had
applied for licenses to operate the Farley Nuclear Plant. At the conclusion
of the examination, the examinations and preliminary findings were discussed

with those members of your staff identified in the NRC Examination Report,
Enclosure 1.
A Simulator Facility Report is included in this report as Enclosure 2.
Facility comments regarding the written examination are included in this
report as Enclosure 3.
Enclosure 4 provides the NRC response and resolution
to the facility comments. A copy of the written examination questions and
,
answer key, as noted in Enclosure 3, was provided to members.of your training
staff at the conclusion of~the examination.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of
this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
