August 23, 1982 Discovery completed. All responses filed.
Motions for summary disposition filed.
August 30, 1982 Responses to motions for summary disposition filed.
September 3, 1982 Prefiled written testimony in the hands of the Board and the parties.
September 13, 1982 Hearing commences.
Location and starting time to be announced later.
The scheduled hearing will encompass all remaining matters on Contenticn 5 and all matters on Contention 22 unless the Staff advises the Board and prties that it will not be prepared to proceed on particular subparts of Contention 22.

. The dates given above are the dates by which materials are to be filed by being placed in the mail for overnight delivery with the exception of the date for filing testimony.
As noted above, the testimony must be in the hands of the Board and parties on September 3.
This may be accomplished by hand delivery or by overnight delivery to arrive on that date.
Discovery on Contention 22 may commence immediately. To facilitate meeting the schedule, the time for responses to motions for production of documents is shortened to fourteen (14) days.
Discovery on Contention 5 is closed except for possible depositions of rebuttal witnesses. The opportunity renains for appropriate motions, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.740(b), concerning other discovery on Contention 5.
