Dear Mr. Liu:
Thank you for your 10 CFR 50.54(a) submittals dated June 30 and September 8, 1993, which incorporate changes in your Quality Assurance Program description.
We have reviewed the changes associated with this submittal.
Questions resulting from this review were discussed between Mr. F. Maura of this office and Mr. K. Peveler and others of your staff during telephone conferences on October 27 and November 15, 1993. As a result of these discussions, you submitted additional information on December 2,1993. We have completed our review and based on the changes provided in your December 2, 1993 letter we conclude that these revisions continue to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, and are acceptable.
If there are changes to QA commitments existing in docketed correspondence outside of the Quality Assurance Program description, you are obligated to notify this office.
We appreciate your timely submittal of information required by 10 CFR 50.54(a).
