NRC Letter to D. F. Schnell, dated April 13, 1990
- Gencric Letter 89-13. required two responses.
The first. response requestod that Union Electric show that the_Callaway programs for service water systems are in compliance with_ regulatory requirements and to address the NRC recommendations.rcsonted in the Generic Letter.
The second response was to provido a confirmatory letter to tho'NRC when any resulting action items were implemented.
Union Electric Company provided the first responso in the refcronced ULNRC.2etter to the NRC.
In a'le ter to Union Electric, dated April 13,.1990, the NRC accepted our first response as fulfulling the rcquirements of the Generic Letter. 'This letter is being written to confirm that all action items of Union Electric's first response, those recommended in the Generic Letter 3r their justificd alternatives,~are now impleme.ted.
This letter provides the second response of-the two required responses per Generic Letter.89-13.
