In response to NRC IC Bulletin No. 82-02, action item #5, attached please find the report you requested in action iten 43.
This report identifies those bolted closures of the Reactor Coolant Pressure Boundary (RCPB) within the scope of this bulletin that have experienced leakage since original plant start-up and the history of the use of fastener lubricants and injection sealant materials for these bolted closures.
In accordance with action item #4, a report will be forwarded 60 days following our 1983 Refueling Outage for the remaining action items of this bulletin.
