Dear Administrative Judges:
During the conference call of July 13, 1982, the NRC Staff indicated that it might choose to file a response to the substantive answer which Applicant stated it would file in response to " Sunflower Alliance, Inc. et al. Motion to Applicant to Compel Discovery" (June 21,1982). The Staff Tias now had the opportunity to review " Applicants' Substantive Answer..."
(July 23, 1982) and has determined that it is unnecessary for it to file a response on this discovery dispute between Applicants and Sunflower.
