The presentation will summarize previous ACNW advice to the Commission on the EPA standards and site chancterization.
e Reuort on Meetina with Chairman Carr Dr. Moeller reported on the major highlights of his meeting with Chairman Carr on August 28, 1990.

Pronosed Memorandum of Understandina (MOU) Between ACNW and the EDO' The Committee discussed the proposed memorandum of understanding with the EDO regarding ACNW staff interactions, incorporated changes suggested by the NRC staf f, and suggested several minor changes.
The Committee approved the MOU with these modifications.
A copy will be provided to you when it has been completed.

The Committee will be briefed on the DOE' Study Plans (Open) proposed revisions to current NRC staff review procedures for its review of DOE study plans associated with the site characterization for the proposed HLW repository.
