The proposed schedule for the Waterford 31994 annual exercise is December f
14, 1994. This schedule has been discussed with representatives of the State of Louisiana and FEMA and is presented here for your information.

As in the past, an exercise objectives meeting will be scheduled. We will provide notification as to the date and time for the meeting when this information is confirmed.
The meeting will discuss the 1994 exercise objectives prior to submittal to the NRC and FEMA.
Representatives of the 1
State of Louisiana and Entergy Operations, Inc. will be in attendance.
It is desirable to have the appropriate NRC and FEMA representatives also in l
attendance.
