Enclosed is an application for an e'gort license (XSNM02573), recently a
received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the export of 5.790 kilograms of low enriched uranium for use as fuel for Bandung 11 and Kartini TRIGA research reactors in Indonesia. Assurances are required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for coone ation.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.

Inasmuch as the= current U.S.-Indonesia Agreement for Cooperation is expiring on December 29, 1991, please advise if a new Agreement is being negotiated.
