'Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) previously indicated that.no additional measures to improve MOV performance at Fort St. Vrain i (FSV) are necessary, in response to Generic Letter 89-10 (Reference 2).~ This position was based on the= permanent shutdown condition of H the _ plant, the low energy remaining in FSV systems,. and an engineering evaluation that no MOVs are relied upon to prevent or j -mitigate the consequences of any design basis accidents for the i remainder of defueling.
